Returns Policy

You may choose to return any order or item within 14 days of receiving your parcel to be eligible for a refund. 

Please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and reason for return. If eligible we will provide a return authorisation and details of how to return.

In order to ensure your return parcel is processed as efficiently as possible, please make sure to enclose a note of the following:

• Order Number
• Name & address
• Reason for return

We recommend you to use a tracked return method and retain proof of posting.

Fabhunt.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return postage.

If you wish to return your parcel after the 14-day return period please reach out to our Customer Service Team.

Returns may only be accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and still in their original packaging, with any tags still attached.

*We are unable to accept returns of customised or "made to order" products.*

In the interest of health and hygiene we do not accept returns of clothing or pierced earrings/jewellery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
